2.Legal and Secretarial Manager
Qualification:  LLB preferably with CS (must have good knowledge of corporate law)

Profile:

  • To Draft & Vet various documents like Power of Attorney, Leave and License Agreement, Distribution Agreement, Addendum to the main Agreement and such other agreements and MOUs.
  • To comply with RBI and FEMA regulations with respect to foreign investments under automatic route.
  • To handle all secretarial compliances under the Companies Act and those related to Investors and Shareholders’ Agreement.
  • To comply with all Company Law/ROC/Corporate Governance matters & maintain various statutory registers and Company records.
  • To manage Board Meetings / General Meetings including preparation of Agenda, Notice, Minutes etc.
  • To assist Legal & Secretarial Department in all compliance activities.
  • To handle Trademark and Copyright registrations, renewal and other activities in coordination with TM attorneys of the Company. And, maintenance & regular updates of trade mark records.
3.Field Officer
Qualification:B. Sc Agriculture/ Course in Nursery Management

4.Inventory Tracker
Qualification:B.Com with Basic Computer Knowledge
Experience: 2-3 years Relevant Experience

Profile:

  • Day to day documentation of various winemaking operations
  • Record all tasks need to be carried out, print out work orders for the next day and hand over to cellar masters after sign off by Winemaker(s).
  • At end of day, report unfinished work orders to Winemaker.
  • Calculate losses and gains in wine volumes, yields during harvest and weekly usage of materials for winemaking.
5.Executive Assistant to VP – Winery Operation
Qualification:      B. Com / M. Com
Experience: 7- 8 years Relevant Experience
Location: Nashik
Profile:

  • Managing VP’s time and schedule meetings as per VP’s calendar of appointments and meetings
  • Handle communication with internal and external agencies
  • Preparing of various project reports/Regular MIS
  • Organizing periodic Staff / Departmental meetings, recording and documenting the minutes of the meeting, preparing an action plan, circulating the Minutes of the Meeting & Action Plan to all concerned.
6.Associate- Wine Bar
Qualification: Diploma/Degree/Certificate in HMCT.

7.Executive- Maintenance

  • Overseeing overall maintenance function for resort which includes breakdown reduction & prevention.
  • Ensure regular and smooth functioning of all electrical & mechanical equipment.
  • Prepare maintenance schedules & staff roaster for maintenance staff in resort.
8.Company Secretary
Qualification: Company Secretary (with membership)Approximate experience: 3-5 years relevant experience (Experience in private equity backed company or a company listed over Stock Exchange is preferred).

Profile:

  • Handle all Secretarial & Statutory compliance’s under the Companies Act.
  • Handling Board/Committee/ Shareholder meetings
  • All compliance’s related to Investors and Shareholders’ Agreement.
9.Sales Executive
Qualification: Graduate with Hospitality Specialization
Experience: 2-3 years

  • Manage institutional customers

10.Sales Executive
Experience: 1 to 3 years
Industry Preference: Wine & liquor industry

Profile:

  • Handling all retail/institutional sales
  • Maintaining and increasing sales as per targets
  • Building relationship with current & potentials clients
11.Receptionist
Qualification: Any Graduate, Diploma / Degree in HMCT will be preferred. Ability to communicate in English is a must.
Experience: 1-3 years

Profile:

  • Managing Hospitality Reception.
  • Managing all guest visits, guest relations.
  • Taking bookings and regularly updating bookings calendar for Tasting Room, Little Italy, and Amphitheater & Beyond both in hard and soft copy.
